It was a pleasure working alongside Telefónica, Elisa, NTT DATA, Optare Solutions, and Elisa Polystar in revolutionizing customer experience with our Innovation Catalyst Project, Autonomous Customer Experience Index (CEI) for Zero-Touch 5G and Wi-Fi Networks. Recently, the MedUX team joined forces with our partners in the Catalyst Project to present our innovative Autonomous Customer Experience Index at the DTW24 Ignite conference in Copenhagen. As a global leader in Quality of Experience (QoE) testing and monitoring, we're committed to driving industry progress and improving customer experiences.
DTW24 Ignite: A platform for innovation
The DTW24 Ignite conference brought together industry leaders, innovators, and experts from around the world to share knowledge, showcase cutting-edge solutions, and collaborate on the future of digital transformation. MedUX was proud to be a part of this prestigious event, as a member of the ™ Forum, a leading global association in the telecommunications sector that brings together key players to drive digital transformation, foster collaboration, and establish industry standards with a focus on customer-centricity and operational agility.
During the conference, our partners presented the Autonomous Customer Experience Index (CEI) for Zero-Touch 5G and Wi-Fi Networks, a project that aims to provide a customer-centric approach to network management.

We are thrilled to announce that MedUX was named a finalist for not one, but two prestigious awards. The “Outstanding Catalyst - Business Impact” awarded to the Catalyst that demonstrates the most compelling business impact and potential to be commercially deployed and “Outstanding Catalyst - Use of ™ Forum Assets” awarded to the team that shows the most powerful use of TM Forum assets in their Catalyst project and quantify the benefits of using this assets.
