From the beginning of these unprecedented times, our top priority at MedUX has been to ensure the health and safety of our employees, as well as to support all our clients and partners. We are all in this together! 

The Telco industry has more skin in the game than ever and is playing an instrumental role during and after the COVID-19 crisis. With an increasing businesses and society reliance on networks, MedUX works to ensure that networks can continue delivering high quality internet services that consumers depend on during these times.

Since lockdown policies were imposed at a global level, MedUX has been, and still is, closely monitoring the impact that the COVID-19, specifically the mobility restrictions and work from home policies have on the Quality of Experience and the network performance in Europe and Latin America. 

MedUX is helping stakeholders in the Telco industry to navigate the challenges that COVID-19 is presenting. This tragic COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated some aspects of the Telco operators’ efforts to innovate in terms of customer centrality and to have actionable insights from own and competitors’ performance.

MedUX went to a work from home model in the face of COVID-19 and all our colleagues across Spain, México and Colombia responded amazingly. They are our MedUX heroes without cape. 

At MedUX, global work from home policies were already part of our DNA with great results. In this situation we have just proven we can make it work thanks to a committed and dedicated team, capable of continuing to grow and overcome challenges in these uncertain times.

As the situation continues to positively evolve, we will be rigorously following the recommendations of the national and local authorities and we will continue to promote remote working. So, if our employees are in a role and situation that enables them to do so, we will make that happen. If not, our offices will be welcoming them soon, with some additional precautions, when we feel it is safe to return. 

We are proud of the actions taken and results obtained from wherever we are!
