MedUX attends the CEM in Telecoms 2019 event

MedUX starts the year traveling to London to be part and sponsors the Customer Experience Management (CEM) in Telecoms Global Summit.

Our communications team will be in London, at the Novotel London West, from the 29th to the 31st January, to show operators, service providers and OTT players how QoE Analytics will help to create Customer Value by improving end-users Quality of Experience.

CEM’s event means an opportunity for global telecom business to take their business strategies one step further by assessing telecom limitations, Customer Experience opportunities and revenue growth.

The event will welcome over 300 telecom professionals, representing the 70% of the global operators and 48 speakers are going to discuss about the future of Customer Experience. A perfect networking opportunity to learn from others and show MedUX natural evolution of Customer Experience Metrics!
