What data do we process?: To manage subscriptions to the newsletter and bulletins or to contact us, we process identifying data and contact data.

Likewise, with regard to the people who wish to become panellists (UXers), we process identifying data, physical location data, contact data and data relating to the telecommunications service used and technical information relating to that service.

 

Purpose(s): 

Why do we process your data?: Your data will be processed to manage the registration process and to manage the distribution list(s), as well as to handle your contact or information request.

We will also process your personal data to send you information on products and services, including via electronic means.

Finally, with regard to the people interested in becoming panellists (UXers), we process your data to carry out the selection process and, if selected, to configure the measuring device and manage the contractual relationship.

 

Duration: 

For how long will we process your data? While the contractual relationship lasts and, once it is over, for an additional period of 6 years.

For users subscribing to the newsletter and bulletins, we will process your data until the moment you ask to unsubscribe or cancel your subscription.

 

Legal grounds:

The legal ground for the processing of your data is consent and the execution of the contractual relationship.

 

Rights:

You can exercise the rights recognized in the current legislation on data protection by sending a written request to the Data Controller using the contact details indicated above. The User in question must attach a copy of their national identity card, passport or other valid document identifying them.

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority if they believe that the processing of their data infringes the applicable data protection regulation.
