Telco Customer Experience firm MedUX appoints former Ericsson’s Executive Paolo Colella to accelerate global growth
MedUX, leading Customer Experience measurement and monitoring firm in the Telco industry, has appointed former Ericsson’s Executive Paolo Colella as a strategic advisor to support growth, international expansion and contribute with his vision to MedUX strategic plan.
MedUX has a hybrid Technology, Software and Information as a Service model and now serves top Telecom Operators such as America Movil, Vodafone, Millicom and AT&T. The Telco Customer Experience start-up is strengthening its global footprint – with new customers wins and global expansion.

Paolo Colella is a global executive and senior advisor, with more than twenty-five years of experience in Telecommunications, Technology and Professional Services. Currently, he is an executive advisor to multiple SaaS companies, having previously served on prominent senior executive positions, including regional CEO, and head of global business unit at Ericsson, and CEO and founder of an Internet professional services start-up. Paolo has a vast international experience, having lived and worked in five countries across Europe and Asia and having led business operations across over 20 countries. With a solid experience in strategy, P&L management and M&A. Paolo’s focus is on growth, go to market operations and talent development.
