MedUX goes live at #MWC17

Professionals had the opportunity to see how our technology can help them by measuring the Quality of Service (QoS) and improve their customer experience. We deployed the MedUX technology using MedUX MOBILE to test the QoS of the main mobile operators in the market. Though all KPIs were measured, in this post we will focus on the ones we consider to be more representative:
- Cloud Service UX: Average Speed
- Browsing UX: Average Web Load Time per Destination
- Capacity of the Service: Average HTTP Download
The results correspond to February 28th 2017, the first day of Mobile World Congress, and it is shown without disclosing the data.

The prominent highlights on Average Web Load Time are the 16,5 seconds on that Yahoo took to load, and the slightly faster time used by Google.es in comparison to Google.com.
Analyzing Cloud Service, between all tests the cloud speed average was at 11,7 Mbps.
But the KPI where we find an overall relevant difference is in the HTTP Download Test. On 28th february the tests results showed that 23,9 Mbps was the average HTTP download speed of the telecom operators analyzed.
All these data are obtained in real time. MedUX helps operators, service providers and regulators to improve the QoS and therefore engage their customers offering better User Experience.
Stay tuned because we will be posting social media metrics very soon.
