Next April 25 to 27 we will attend in Kampala, Uganda, the Innovation Africa Digital Summit. Under the title "Smarter Thinking", the event is focused on three topics: - Innovation: how governments and private and third sector can improve engagement with users and clients in order to offer smarter services with increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Reliability: network monitoring to ensure the delivery of services and other challenges to ensure continuity of service (power, data management, international connectivity...). - Efficiency: Share of resources and cost (hybrid power, colocation datacenters, open-access networks...) to justify investments in technology, training and engagement. At the Africa Digital Summit we will be showcasing our MedUX solution for monitoring the Quality of Service (QoS) of telecom operators' networks, and therefore improving Customer Experience.
