[Copenhagen], June 23, 2026. MedUX, a global specialist in digital experience and network quality measurement, is taking part in the 2026 TM Forum Catalyst program at DTW Ignite through its technology partner Iquall Networks. Native integrations between MedUX and the MAT Suite allow communications service providers to address two of the most demanding challenges on the road to Autonomy Level 4: closed loop automation and disaster recovery.

MedUX continuously measures the real quality of experience that subscribers receive across fixed and mobile networks. That experience signal now flows natively into the MAT Suite, where it is turned into automated decisions and corrective actions. Rather than acting as a standalone monitoring layer, MedUX becomes the experience data source that triggers and validates automation, so the network responds to what customers actually feel and not only to what infrastructure reports.

For closed loop automation, this integration means degradation in real subscriber experience can be detected before it becomes a mass incident. The MAT Suite correlates that signal with the underlying network state and drives remediation with minimal human intervention, closing the loop between measurement, decision and action in line with the higher autonomy levels that TM Forum promotes.

For disaster recovery, the same integration gives operators a customer level view of impact and recovery. When a major failure or service interruption occurs, MedUX confirms the true effect on end user experience while the MAT Suite orchestrates the recovery sequence, validating that services are genuinely restored from the subscriber perspective and not only at the infrastructure layer. The result is shorter recovery times and measurable confidence that automation is performing as intended.

To see how the MedUX and the MAT Suite integrate to deliver end to end cross solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators, meet the Iquall Networks team at the Catalyst showcases C26.0.910, C26.0.937, C26.0.916, C26.0.933 and C26.0.908 during DTW Ignite.

Automation should not only be driven by network alarms or infrastructure KPIs, but by the real experience perceived by customers. By integrating MedUX Quality of Experience intelligence with Iquall Networks’ MAT Suite, we help operators validate closed loop actions and disaster recovery from the end-user perspective. This collaboration within the TM Forum Catalyst program reinforces our vision of making autonomous networks more measurable, resilient and customer-centric.”

Jaime González, CMO at MedUX

"Experience is the only metric that ultimately matters to a customer, and that is exactly the signal that should be driving automation," said Germán Pérez Trozzi, VP of Product and Marketing at Iquall Networks. "By integrating MedUX natively into the MAT Suite, we let real experience data close the loop, so the network does not just recover, it recovers in a way the customer actually feels."
