MedUX X Anniversary: Here´s to the next 10 years!

A message from Luis Molina, CEO of MedUX, on the celebration of our tenth anniversary alongside our team, clients, and investors
Tomorrow is a very special day of celebration. In just 10 years, we witnessed the transition to the Gigabit Society, with the arrival of fiber to the home, 5G, and Wi-Fi 7. The telecommunications industry has become an instrumental pillar of progress and social development, and of course, of digital transformation and industrial revolution.
At MedUX, we are proud to have become a global reference during this time—the first convergent vendor capable of measuring fixed and mobile technologies with our own technology, integrating active testing robots, crowdsourcing, and software agents into a multi-platform solution. We are "The Internet QoE Testing and Monitoring Company", and we are ready to continue revolutionizing the market over the next 10 years.

Looking back, it’s easy to think of some of the KPIs that come up when we talk about newly created B2B companies: MRR, ARPA, Number of Clients, Conversion Rate, Customer LTV, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, Capital Raised, Investment Rounds, and a long list of others.
But numbers are just numbers. They get mixed up, confused, and even forgotten. What is never forgotten, however, is the impact the company has had, interactively, on and with the ecosystem.
I want to acknowledge our team, our clients, and our investors for their impact on this project, born as Case On IT 10 years ago, and now better known as MedUX:
- To you, the team: THANK YOU for the energy invested in MedUX, both from those who are still here and those who have moved on. Energy is never destroyed, it is transformed and remains. That’s why MedUX is what it is today, THANKS to all of you.
- To you, our clients: THANK YOU for your trust. Clients are undoubtedly the foundation of a B2B business like ours, and we’ve been fortunate to have the best.
- To you, our investors: It would be easy to just thank you for the funds, and of course, THANK YOU for that. But above all, THANK YOU for your support and for learning.
And yes, 10 years later, we are fulfilling our dream: we want to improve the internet around the world, and we are already doing so in 30 countries, where we are helping major clients, mainly Operators and Governments, but also other ecosystem players and digital companies that want to be part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

But the best is yet to come, because we will keep imagining, dreaming, and creating. What are we going to do?

We want to bring MedUX to every corner of the world, focusing initially on North America and the Middle East, but always maintaining our global ambition to serve other regions like Africa and Asia.
Foster Innovation:
Technology and the democratization of artificial intelligence will help us introduce improvements to our solutions and expand our product portfolio, while staying true to our principles of flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. New developments are coming soon.
Serve New Verticals:
After COVID, the internet and connectivity have solidified as a strategic asset for any public or private organization. Our solutions are ready to support any sector.
