Scorecard

Our QoE Scorecard is a tool that simplifies benchmarking by combining multiple performance indicators into a single, comprehensive Global Score, reducing the complexity of service quality monitoring and optimization. By merging diverse performance metrics into one synthetic score, our Scorecard accurately reflects end-user experience and enables clear comparisons across fixed and mobile networks.

We execute benchmarking tests that cover the main services that end customers use. The results are individually and collectively weighted and aggregated into an overall score.

The service category scoring model and its drill-down capabilities makes it a powerful tool for stakeholders across all levels -  from executive management (CxOs) to technical departments focused on engineering and optimization.
