Our relationship began with a successful joint effort in the TM Forum Catalyst project “Autonomous CEI for Zero-Touch 5G and Wi-Fi Networks – Phase V,” led by Telefónica and Elisa. This project demonstrated how MedUX’s Customer Experience Index (CEI) and Tupl’s intelligent orchestration platform could work together to automate customer experience management, optimize energy usage, and support slicing strategies in 5G and converged networks.
