During MWC18, MedUX run a MedUX MOBILE demo in order to show the possibilities of our solution when measuring real-time MarketExperienceTM Metrics for mobile networks. MedUX deployed MedUX MOBILE in taxis around Barcelona autonomosuly collecting real-time raw quality metrics from mobile networks during the congress. Information was stored in the MedUX Cloud, processed in near real-time (nRT), and presented in a 100% web tool - MedUX Analytics Portal. For an overall comparison between the companies monitored MedUX developed an indicator, the MedUX Opinion Score. This indicator is composed by DATAMOS and VOICE MOS, created with the KPIs weighted and customized for each client regarding their preferences.
