MedUX attends ITU´s event in Jordan
The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) hosts at Jordan one of the largest gatherings of communication experts worldwide.
A wide range of global regulatory bodies, telecom industry companies, and specialized experts from different countries attended the ITU´s special event in Amman, Jordan. This event aims to exchange experiences, knowledge, and best practices among member states in the field. In addition to this, the discussions went from how to protect the interests of beneficiaries, the quality of telecommunications service, and its evaluation, to set standards for its improvement and development.
Many governments have realized the importance of the ICT sector as it enables the digital economy by evaluating the quality of service and developing effectiveness and efficiency in appropriate regulatory areas. This ensures the quality of services provided in those sectors by performing technical auditing and creating appropriate plans and solutions to improve them.
MedUX has been extremely grateful to be part of the two-day workshop on “Telecommunication Service Quality” in Amman, where we discussed the challenges faced by regulators and operators in the telecom sector at the regional level in managing service quality, and what are the possible solutions to address them.

Our expert Rafael Gonzales, Chief Marketing Officer, was invited to participate as a speaker in the event about the challenge of understanding the Customer Experience (QoE) in a hyperconnected world where customers are demanding better connectivity and quality of service for digital technologies. During this session, Rafael also discussed the importance of quality of service (QoS) for digital services, networks, and devices and the benchmarks we have in wired and wireless performance for network improvement.
