2021 has been an unusual but unforgettable year

MedUX says goodbye to an unusual but extraordinary 2021, full of challenges and opportunities. This last year has demonstrated again the importance of networks quality and resilience to keep the society connected, customers satisfied and the economy up and running. Over this year, MedUX has strengthened the bounds with its current clients, by helping them improve their Customer Experience and Client Satisfaction and gained trust of new ones too. Let’s look into some of MedUX greatest hits, which have made 2021 a year to grow and strengthen our presence in the Telco sector:

  • MedUX’s aim to high quality and best-in-class performance, and its ability to meet its clients’ needs was awarded with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Our proprietary  Cloud Speed Test obtained a US patent this year! It is a multi-thread and multi-server speed test that can leverage public servers, particularly CDN enhanced edge sources that are independent of Telecom Operators or ISPs.
  • MedUX continues to expand internationally and 2021 has been focused on the Americas expansion. We have opened new offices in Costa Rica and Miami.
  • Thanks to MedUX technology, which monitors the most used services such as OTT applications from the end user perspective, MedUX is able to detect Internet outages such as Fastly and Facebook ecosystem outages, among many others.
  • We are always updating our products and technology to the latest technology available. We are 5G and Wi-Fi 6 ready!
  • We also work to offer new features to our clients, so MedUX launched its new CDN performance test that measures, monitors and benchmarks the performance of several CDNs directly from customer premises, revealing the TRUE customer experience.
  • Providing a proper compliance of contractually agreed speeds, highest speeds, speed consistency or a consistent Quality of Service (QoS) will no longer be just a marketing award or promise as regulatory compliance is becoming more important
